You are whole. The gap between how your neurodivergent mind works and how corporate culture expects you to work is the problem. I help you cross that gap without losing yourself.
I spent 25 years in the trenches of global tech. HP. SAP. BBC. Thomson Reuters. Metro Bank. Oracle.
I was the person they called when the system was on fire. I could see the broken link in the chain, the single point of failure, the architectural flaw that everyone else had missed. In high stakes environments—like keeping the London 2012 Olympics broadcast infrastructure alive—that made me invaluable.
But in the boardroom? In the performance review? That same sharp eye made me a problem.
I wasn't playing politics. I was pointing out the truth. I saw inefficiency, I called it out. I saw a manager making a bad decision, I said so. I didn't wrap it in corporate fluff and three layers of consensus building. I just said what I saw.
And time after time, it stalled my progression. In every single one of those companies, I hit the same glass ceiling. Not because I couldn't do the work—but because I refused to pretend I was someone I wasn't. I watched less competent, less experienced people get promoted past me, simply because they knew how to say the right thing in the right room.
For years, I thought I was just bad at corporate. I thought I lacked the social code. I thought if I just tried harder, masked better, softened my edges—I'd finally fit in.
Then I got my diagnosis. Autism and ADHD.
Suddenly, 25 years of frustration made perfect sense. I wasn't broken. I wasn't rude. I wasn't failing at being a neurotypical corporate clone. My brain simply works differently. I process information faster, see patterns others miss, and communicate with efficiency rather than ornament.
The diagnosis didn't change who I was.
It freed me from trying to be someone else.
It also made me angry. Angry that I had spent decades believing I was the problem. Angry that organisations are still structured to filter out people like us—the ones who think differently, who question the status quo, who refuse to play the game. Angry because I know, with absolute certainty, that the companies I worked for lost millions in productivity by sidelining me rather than leveraging me.
That’s why I built The Bridge.
I don't coach people to mask. I don't teach corporate charm school. I don't help you become palatable to mediocre managers.
I help you understand your neurodivergent wiring—not as a deficit, but as the ultimate unfair advantage. I show you how to deploy that radical candour strategically, so you can speak truth and get heard. I teach you how to navigate the politics without losing your soul. And for the organisations that are smart enough to listen, I bridge the gap between your brilliant technical talent and the managers who don't know how to lead them.
I spent 25 years being misunderstood. I won't let you spend 25 more.
If you're tired of apologising for being direct. If you're exhausted from masking. If you're ready to lead authentically and finally get the promotion you deserve—you're in the right place.
Let's cross the bridge together.
The feedback was always the same.
“Technically brilliant, but too direct.”
“Lacks executive presence.”
“Not a team player.”
